@npccostumes I hope there is a god not only for me but for all people on this planet, rich and poor! I didn’t lost my believe complete but sometimes a man wonders why he our Lord let things happen as the go. I hope you get all gods love you need, and hope you give it to someone lonley walking on the street in your town. Cause the god that made you, made them too. this isn’t some nice text, this what I really do believe.

@monteur1965 It is comforting to know that when our faith waivers, God’s love doesn’t.

My number one absolute favorite hymn, sung by one of the finest voices ever heard on this earth. What a blessing that we have his recordings and he will never truly be gone.

When I was younger, younger then today music like this gave me everything I needed, now as I come closer to my end, I have the feeling there is nothing after I passed away, that we all hope there is a god and “something after this” it makes me so sad you can’t believe, I am lonely without friends they are gone and away. I wait till my time is up, and hope that there is a god Elvis sings about.. the songs that gave me so much in the past when I was younger then today! god bless you all.

None of us know what was in Elvis’ heart but I do know that it seems to me that he always sang his very best when singing Gospel songs. I have been listening to his version of this song since I was just a kid. I finally got the nerve to start recording some of these great old songs myself. If you are interested please stop by my channel sometime and see what you think of my efforts. I am very much an amature and certainly no Elvis….but then again who is.

How on earth did a man, idolized by millions of women, keep his soul this way?
I am thinking it may be an incredible testament to his mother.
May they be together always.

This was my mothers very favorite song–and nobody sings it better than Elvis..

“In the Garden” was written by my great-grandfather, Charles Austin Miles. I am a classical vocalist but I’m told this piece is one of his most loved. It has been used in many movies, sung by every known singer, and was even featured in “Little House of the Prairie” once…funny…since it wasn’t written until 1912. Written in a dark and dingy basement with no windows during a long period of rain…..I guess that’s faith for you. I’m glad you all enjoy his music.

Studies show we tell our first lies at 4/5. No studies for when we stop and sadly, many never do. The most evil Illusion ever played on humanity, when Satanists posing as scientists introduced the 1913 Piltdown Man Hoax. 40 yrs later the Hoax was revealed, but the illusion sustained with a series of more diabolical “missing link” frauds. Elvis, came to know the truth. His grammys were for his Gospel music, when the king paid tribute to the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ.

isn’t it awesome that Elvis only won 3 Grammy Awards but all three were for Gospel music. And Elvis knew it was GOd who gave him the voice. I am looking forward to singing with him in heaven when i get there.

My Grandmother was my hero. She was the finest Christian I have ever known and she taught me about the love of Jesus. She lived next door and each morning we spent time in her beautiful garden together… This was our song… And Elvis sang it so beautifully.

Lindo, maravilhoso, sinto-me como se estivesse ao lado de Jesus no Jardim do Getsêmani, quando Ele orava e suava gotas de sangue por nossos pecados. Obrigada, Jesus, porque um dia estiveste nesse jardim!
